Hi, I’m Erika
I’m currently a designer at Atlassian. I worked on designing the online Atlassian Community and Atlassian support for a few years. Recently, I’ve been working on a growth team converting free Atlassian customers to paid. Previously, I was at Pandora (the music company) and building the first iterations of two mobility-as-a-service apps at a startup in the Bay Area.
I’m a well-rounded designer who has a passion for research, service design and journey mapping, interaction design and prototyping, all the way to making sure visual UI details are squared away on production. P.S. I love a productive workshop.
